Good questions, straight answers
Will callers know it’s an AI?
If a caller asks, it tells them honestly that it is the business’s AI assistant. Most callers simply get their question answered or their message taken.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. Forward your existing number to your easyRep number, or pick a new local number during sign-up.
What if it can’t answer a question?
It only answers from the facts you give it. Anything else becomes a message for you to call back, or a transfer to your phone if you set one.
Are calls recorded?
Calls are transcribed so you can read them in your dashboard. By default it tells callers the call may be recorded, which Florida and several other states require.
How do I keep costs predictable?
Every plan has a fixed monthly price and no setup fee. Phone plans include a set number of minutes; you choose a monthly spending limit for extra minutes, and what happens when it’s reached: forward calls to you, take messages only, or keep answering.
Can I buy just the email tools, or just the phone?
Yes. The AI Receptionist, Client Email and Text Messages are separate services: pick one, two or all three, each at the size you need. Two together are 15% off, all three 25% off.
How does the free week work?
Choose the AI Receptionist at sign-up (or add it later) and your first 7 days are free, up to 100 call minutes. No card needed. When the week ends it pauses until you click “Keep”, so you’re never charged by surprise. One free week per business.
What does Client Email do?
New clients fill in your easyRep form (by link or QR code) and agree to hear from you. easyRep then emails them a reminder when a service is due again, and sends your newsletter on your schedule. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes. Add team members with their own logins; owners and admins change settings, staff handle messages and orders.
